OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

While taking hormone treatment for infertility, it takes time for the body to respond.

Patience and perseverance are much needed. Clomiphene is used to induce ovulation and Duphaston is used to prepare the endometrium should conception occur.

If period has not occurred, you should exclude pregnancy and if negative, evaluate further to plan further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shanti Vennam, OBGYN
