Does Chronic Smoking Cause Body Weakness?

Hi, Iam 32 yrs old male since some time I am feeling weakness in my body i could not sleep long time holding my hand under head during night it becomes painfull and unconcoius....before i use to make power full hand punch but now a daysi could not hold even strong punch......I am using becosules performance tablets...is it help full for me. Also i use to smoke 5 cig daily, is this weakness due to smoking.. Your advise will be highly appreciated..

Yes you need supplements in this case but the best supplement is the diet. I never suggest taking supplements to someone if he can eat and drink well. You can fulfill the deficiency from diet. Keep a healthy balanced diet with added vegetables, fruits and salads. Salmon fish is great source of proteins for you. Take it in diet.


Try to remain physically active as this is mandatory for you. It will be better to join a gym and under the guidance of instructor you may get a better body muscles.
