General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, though Chlamydia can cause mild swelling of the testicles but since this swelling is coming up after some time it would be prudent to suspect some secondary infection. Is there any pain, redness or burning in urine. Are you having any fever? If yes, please consult your Doctor who can examine you and prescribe some urine tests like culture to be sure and then antibiotics or suitable medication can be started. Take care and do let me know if you have any other queries. Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India..
