Does Chicken Pox Cause Hair Loss?

Goof evening, I am lossing my hair, after i took Aciclovir for chiken pox adult. I am a 37 year old woman. I never had this problem with hair shedding bad before. Do you think the chiken pox cauze it? I check my blood test and my Gp say is normal. He keep say stress, i don t think stress cauze it.

If there is scarring of the scalp due to the chicken pox, then there can be hair loss. Physical stress/illness , if severe, can cause hair loss as well.
Emotional stress can cause hair loss in some persons. Other causes include- (1) iron deficiency
(2)thyroid disease
(3)inadequate protein
(4)exposure to heavy metals
If it continues, you should consider seeing a dermatologist
