Does chewing tobacco cause vitamin d deficiency ?

hy doctor says i m having vitamin d deficiency problem he prescribe me caldree d3, searl , rethaman tablets i m having serious pan and burning sensation in knees and full leg but medicine works very slowly i m using chewing tobaco it is the causes of vitamin deficiency ? or it is curable or not plz i m very young n i m very tens abt it plz guide me in brief

At this age vit d deficiency is not common and if it is there does not give this much evaluate your case and go for diagnosis.
Had you any history of fall or injury on the part?
Do regular exercise like slow walking,swimming.
Take green veges,fresh fruits,
Along with vit d you take vit B1,B6,B12.
