Thanks for using Health Care Magic.

Read your query.
Chewing gum on over usage can cause the unwanted wear and tear of the cartilage which usually act as a shock absorber in your jaw joints. Once damaged, this area can create pain and discomfort for a lifetime.

Chewing gum contains either aspartame in it which on over usage has been proved harmful to the body or sugars in the gums can also harm the body.

I would suggest you to reduce the intake and for mouth smell, get your teeth cleaned by the dentist and use a mouth wash for a while.

Hope this was useful.

Thanks and regards.
