Does Chest Congestion, Coughing, Sneezing And Headache Indicate Upper Respiratory Infection?

Hi, I have chest congestion, coughing, sneezing, cloudiness, and a bad, pounding headache that gets worse when I cough, sneeze, etc. I have had this for four days now and it has gotten a little better. I have been sleeping, drinking water, and have been rubbing my chest and throat with Vicks VapoRub to help break up the stuff in my chest. Do I have an upper respiratory infection? Do I need to see a doctor for an antibiotic? Am I contagious? Thank you, Eileen
