Does Changing To A Healthier Diet Lower BP?

Hi, I take toprol for blood pressure and it is usually normal not exceding 130/83
lately I noticed that my blood pressure has been lower 1 around 112/64 I changed my diet and am eating a lot healthier now.
1) Could the diet have affected my blood pressure
2) is 112/64 too low? I am concrened more with the 64 reading

1.Yes healthy diet, being fit and doing exercises and reducing the salt content in your diet definitely reduces the blood pressure.
In fact, a good doctor always try to reduce blood pressure by diet modifications first.
