Does Cervical Spondylosis Cause Chest Pain?

Dear Doctor, Iam having Cervical Spondylosis . Apart from the dizziness, neck and shoulder pain , i have pain at the lower chest area, which some time changes ...i had done a full body check up last year (as i was afraid being a chest issue) including a echo cardiogram everything seems normal. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Cervical spondylosis will not cause chest pain. Pain in lower chest area can be due to cardiac issues. Gastrointestinal problems like GERD, gastritis, muscular pain etc. Physical examination, detailed evaluation of your history and ECG are recommended at this point. Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
