Does Breathlessness Indicate Heart Trouble ?

My friend, a lady of 46 years old was recently taken to hospital with breathlessness and checked out. She was told it is all stress related and to take things easier. Is this a kind of heart trouble?

If she had some pain at the same time, she probably has some blockage. My doctor dismissed my breathlessness twice. Four years later, I nearly died from near total blockages. I had less than 7% available blood flow to my heart, and had emergency bypass surgery less than 24 hours after an angiogram revealed the severity of my blockages. Ask you doctor about an EBT scan. Electron Beam Computed Tomography. Seems to be able to read calcification in arteries that corresponds to blockages. I might have avoided a bypass surgery if this had been done a few years ago. It was available.
