General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You may need to get evaluated. An ultrasound or mammography needs to be done. Breast cancer normally doesn't cause pain but discomfort.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
