Infertility Specialist Dr. Abhishek S. Parihar's  Response
Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Difference in ABO blood has no significant effect on pregnancy but Rhesus(Rh) status is important. If Wife is Rh negative and husband is Rh Positive pregnancy may get complicated. In these cases first pregnancy is usually uneventful but second pregnancy onwards fetus may get affected if precautions to prevent it are not taken. Anti D immunoglobulin can be given to prevent this complication. Take care.
