Hi there, I m a 20 year old young woman who has just been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and I m meant to be tested for PTSD soon. For the past few years since first struggling with symptoms, I ve been unfocused visually. I bought glasses and these helped slightly (in terms of keeping pain away from my eyes). Then I didn t notice any difference and stopped wearing lenses, but my eyes are still unfocused quite often - noticeably worse when I m stressed and goes along with brain fog. My question is: is this only about anxiety (eg don t need new glasses) or could it be an actual problem with my eyes?
FOR YOUR QUESTION YOU HAVE TO UNDER GO PROPER REFRACTION.IF THERE IS A PROB LEM OF POWER THEN YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT IT. OTHERWISE LOT OF ANXIETY CAN GIVE RISE TO SUCH VISUAL PROBLEM.SO THIS TIME YOU CAN TAKE THE CORRECTION AND OBSERVE FOR YOUR SELF.
