What you are suffering from is called Secondary Nocturnal Enuresis and the primary cause for it is stress. So if you are stressed out, then it can cause bedwetting.

Also, if you have the habit of having alcohol or strong coffee before going to sleep at night, they can also add to the bedwetting because both alcohol and caffeine cause increased urine production in the body.

Go in for stress management, meditation and relaxation, to overcome the enuresis. Don't worry, it is completely curable.

Go in for homeopathic medicine. It will help you tackle the stress as well as the bedwetting.

All the best!
