Does Anterolisthesis Cause Any Long Term Side Effects?

A friend of mine was recently in a car accident. He was diagnosed with slight anterolisthesis. His recovery seems to be going okay. My question is, Could there be future complications that show up later that we re not seeing now? And if so, what would they be? Thank you for your time.

hi sir,
this is condition that occur due to disc slip. in mild cases no complications occur in future as these are curable cases, however if nerve impingement had occur due to this back pain may return in future
