Does Anal Sex Cause Anal Fissure?

I had suspicions that my son ( 10 years old) is involved in anal sex. I note stool discharge in his pants and abnormal behavior, he is denying and resisting me. is it possible to diagnose his case by medical examination of the anal area? probably he has some fissure. Really I am sad for my son. I don't know what to do. please help

He should definitely see proctologist. This may be cause by fissure,fistula or abscess but if there are behaviour changes then this may also be sign of sexual abuse and in this case,you should promptly react. Examination may reveal signs of trauma and it will clear this out.
