Hi
Appearance is normal.
Reaction acidic might mean some stone or urinary tract infection but the pus cells, blood cells and epithelial cells and casts are negative, thus indicating there is no infection or stone.
2-3 epithelial cells per high power fraction is not significant. Similarly, 1-2 cells is not significant as well.

Albumin can be significant if it is more than 30-300mg/dl. +1 means indicate albumin of 30mg/dl. Albumin in urine in significant range is seen in several different disorders.

So, your result is normal. In this regard your sign/symptoms if any will help in further confirmation.
