Frequent urination, every 10 mins (unmarried female)- Is a symptom of may be urinary tract infection.

If you do not have any other complaints and ur urine test, revealed only trace albumin. Then you need to consult a urologist. However kidney damage normally presents with decreased urination (or absent urination). In your case and your age it is highly unlikely that would have occurred.

My mom is 64 years old and recently she has done urine test and it showed she has traces of albumin in her urine , 2 months back she has done urine test but during that time no traces of albumin were shown. My mom has diabetes but it s under control also she has blood pressure but she is taking medicine for that as well.We went to the doctore 3 months back beacuse she is having some problem with her digestive system. The doctor said it s because of gastric and he prescribed some medicine for her which she is still taking. The blood test was done and it showed she has anaemia and for that the doctor suggested to take iron tablets for 3 months. When 3 months back the urine test was done no traces of albumin was found but on the 2nd test traces showed. My concern is that is it due to the medicines and if anyone has traces of albumin in urine does that mean the kidney is affected ? Please reply me . I am very much concerned. - Annie

My urine test shows rbc 4-10 and trace bacteria. My wife has had three uti s in last month and we have been intimate. I also have an infrequent history of kidney stones. Am scheduled for kidney ultrasound and a bladder scope procedure. Of course I do not want to do the scope if I can avoid it. What are thoughts?

My boyfriend is experiencing a dull ache in his inner thigh/groin area and more frequent urination. He went to the doctor and had blood work and a urine sample tested...all clear (blood counts were normal, no sign of infection). He is currently taking antibiotics...but if there is no infection...what could it be.

my son is experiencing frequent urination and sudden urges. We had his urine tested a week ago and it was negative, although the initial test strip showed a trace of blood. However, the microscopic view showed no blood. The symptoms are still prosistent and he is beginning to be bothered by it. We were told it could be frequent daytime urination brought on by stress or change; however, he is experiencing neither. He is 5 3/4yrs old and had been potty trained and holding it through the night since 25 months old. We have never had a problem before. Should this be looked into further, could there be other causes rather than assuming it is psychological? The only other thing he has mentioned is that if pressure is applied to the abdomen from just below the belly button to about 4 finger widths down it is painful. Any insight would be appreciated. Also, he was not seen by a urologist.

Hi I am a 24 year old male who suffers from an overactive bladder problem.I have had this problem for 4 and a half years and cannot find a cure to stop the frequent urination at night besides medication ( Xatral ). I have previously been on 2 full courses of Roaccutane ( acne and skin problems ) and wonder if it might have caused the problem. Can anyone recommend a solution to my problem ( natural ) because I need to sort this out soon.
