Does Administering Enema Cause Blood In Stool?

After not having bawls movement for few days i used a enema and I passed diarrhea looking like pink raw ground meat, with what looked like some blood. I have been passing stools with blood for three days now. I m seeing a doctor tomorrow. I m just not sure why and if the enema could have been the issue that started the bloody stools.
