Does Acupuncture Assure Permanent Cure For Joint Pain ?

Hi, My mother in law has developed from severe pain in her arm and shoulder joint along with her back pain since 7 months and she is 50+someone suggested we should try to given her acupuncture but I m really not sure about the results of it.But heard acupuncture is just temporary result not a permanent one ..can anyone help me how to proceed with.. Thank You

hi,welcome to health care magic,your mother in law symptoms suggests radiating pain to arm which could be due to back problem.i will advice you to go for some investigations like x-ray,MRI etc to diagnose the problem.
going for accupuncture without diagnosis will not be a permanent solution.
consult your doctor and a physio.
