Does Accidental Over Dosage Of Medication Cause Cardiac Arrest?

I had a cardiac arrest from an accidental over dosage of a drug in the hospital. I had to be put on a vent for some time and it was very touch and go. I had a very healthy heart and recovered well. Was lucky. Did I die for a few minutes since I had no pulse and was not breathing. I say yes.

Hi

Not really death, since a person doesn't come back to life if they've died.
A cardiac arrest isn't deat per se so long as the heartbeat can be restored
