Does absence of a fetal pole mean that my baby is not developing ?

Hi. I am 18 years old and 8months ago i had a D&C after i had my son. I found out i am 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant ... i went to the doctor and they said they didnt see a FETAL POLE .. (im not sure what that is but it doesnt sound normal)! Does this mean my baby isn t developing??? Am i gonna lose my baby??

Did not see a fetal pole means , they were not able to see your baby inside your womb, dont panic just go back and get ultrasound done and then reconfirm what they have reported.
