Hallow Dear,

Pregnancy is never characterized by any abdominal pain; in fact any such pain during pregnancy is an indication of risk to the pregnancy.

The first cardinal symptom of early pregnancy is missing a period; all other cardinal symptoms like nausea & vomiting, frequent urination and breast symptoms appear about a week after missing a period. You have not mentioned whether you have missed period or not.

All your symptoms seem to be due to gastro-intestinal upset or indigestion. Please consult your physician for this. May be some enzyme preparation might help you.

To confirm the pregnancy status, you have following options:

1. Perform pregnancy test on the overnight morning first urine sample a week after missed period; earlier these tests may report false negative results.

2. Alternatively, you may opt for Beta hCG test on the blood 10 days after the last unprotected sexual intercourse.

Incompetent cervix does not paly any role in these symptoms; it creates problem only in pregnancy by causing repeated second trimester abortions.

I hope this helps you.
