Does Abdominal Pain During Postpartum Indicate Infection?

I am 9 days pp after emergency c section. I have an older child who weighs between 25-30lbs i have lifted her up a few times as well as lifting my newborn in his carseat. My incision is not bleeding the starastrips are begining to fall off though but i do have some abdominal pain. I just want to know how i could tell if i have damged anything internally? The outter is a little red but other than that looks the same as it did when i went for an incision check

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of pain at the lower abdominal region following a 9days post caesaran section I am suggesting that this is less likely due to infection but more entirety due your operated area has not healed adequately definitely this is where the pain is coming from
In view of the poorly healed area I am suggesting you see your obstetrician for expert clinical assessment and take a wound swab for culture test then see your physician with the result
Meanwhile please take the following
Antibiotic
Multivitamin
Hematinics
I hope this helps
Regards and get well soonest
