Hi,

Your urine report suggestive of acute infective aetiology due to the presence of pus cells and bacteria. It can be acute urinary tract infection like urethritis.

I suggest you investigate further with urine culture report to find causative organism. Ultrasonography pelvis also advisable. According to the culture report medicine given, until then broad spectrum antibiotic can be started.

You can take Cranberry juice extract tablet also for few days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
