Does A Purple Bump On The Panty Line Require Medical Treatment?

I have had a purple dot the size of a pencil eraser for a while near my panty line. Kinda like a bruise color. It does not hurt or bother me. I check it every so often and this morning it seemed raised. Should I be concerned? Is that what a type of skin cancer can look like? Thanks

Hi.
As per your case history you are having purpuric rash.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid irritation at that site by wearing too tight clothes.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Don't worry. It is not skin cancer.

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Thanks.
