Hi and welcome to HCM. A lump in cervix can be a small fibroid usually a size of 5-10 mm in diameter, Management is guided by the size of the lesion and the age of the patient. One more possibility is nabothian cysts, which are completely benign. They are not associated with cancer or any other serious problems. You are experiencing pain and pregnant now, i suggest u to consult your doctor and he/she will do local examination and be able to assess the risks involved during pregnancy. If u not started any medications which are necessary in pregnancy please start Tab Folsafe one daily after food, Tab subrex XT one daily after food. All the best
