Does A Light Dog Bite Need Anti Rabies Vaccination?

Hi Im 24 yrs old 5'6 and 130 lbs. (Manila, Philippines) and we were able to touch the puppies until my fifth touch, our dog suddenly got mad and bit my index finger. Do i still need to get an anti rabies shot if there were no bleeding and the bite was very very slight as if there was no bite. I just felt a little bit of ache when I washed it with soap. I hope to get an answer soon. Thank you and more power.

usually this type of scratch has very little chance of getting rabies. but you should be more carefull because though slight but it has some risk. so in my advice you should start with the injection rabies and t.t. it is freely available in government hospital. so you should take the shot in my advice.
