Does A Laparoscopy Cause Problems In Getting Pregnant?
Hi I have a laparoscopy on the 24th of August where they cleared endometriosis from my bowel and appendix. they did a pregnancy test before. I ovulated approx 8 days before surgery, is it possible the test didn t pick up a pregnancy as I ve just done 5 today which are all positive. Would the lap have interfered with the pregnancy?

It is possible that test was false negative and you should now do ultrasound and check blood beta hcg to confirm it or rule out. Endometriosis may affect pregnancy and if this is wanted one,then fetus should be closely monitired.
