Does A Fibroid Tumor In My Uterus Cause Abdominal Pain?

I miss carried for about 2 months and have been spotting and having stomach problems and pains since. My miscarriage was March-May of this year. It turns out I have a fibroid tumor in my uterus. I went to the doctor on Friday and she pressed my stomach and pelvis, it hurt a lot. When I cam home, my stomach was inflammed and puffed out. I ve been sore since.

Hi.
The fibroid tumor in uterus does not cause pain at all unless it has hemorrhage in it.
SO the reason of your pain can be PID- pelvic inflammatory disease or gastroenteritis or so.
I would advise you to get a repeat ultrasonography examination and blood, urine and stool tests.

Get started on an antibiotic and supportive treatment.
Now-a-days you can get your fibroids removed either by laparoscopy pr laparotomy. Once successful, you can get pregnancy and carry on full term.
