Does A Coxsackievirus Patient Have Flu Shot Reactions?

My 10 month old daughter just spent 2 weeks recovering from Hands, foot & mouth, caused by a coxsackie virus. At her well baby appt. Yesterday, her pedi gave her a flu shot. She now has a fever (102 degrees F) and red hot knees & neck.Could this be reaction? Should I be concerned about another virul infection??

HI.SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR CHILD DONT WORRY.THIS CAN A REACTION TO FLU vaccine.just give paracetomol drops 4th hourly and sponging.dont bathe her.she will be alright in 2 to 3 days.take care.
