Welcome to Healthcare Magic
As long as you have a balanced diet with enough proteins, carbohydrates, essential nutrients, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables you will not be at risk of vitamin deficiency diseases. It is good to know you play Tennis which is a great exercise to keep you healthy and fit. Drink plenty of water atleast an hour before your game and also lemon juice will help to replenish vitamins and electrolytes. Remain stress free. Get 6-8 hours of sleep a day. It is not required to take any vitamins unless you have deficiency of vitamins which cause health problems. If you simply take vitamins you could be at unnecessary risk of health problems associated with excess intake of vitamins. You will be fine with proper diet, no junk food, no alcohol.
