Does Vibrant Sound Bridge Implant Helps The Sensorineural Hearing Loss?

recently I came to know about Vibrant soundbridge implant for sensorineural hearing loss. I have sensorineural hearing loss about 72 db ib noth ears and have been using canal hearing aids since last 15 years. I would like to whether I can benefit from this surgery what is the approximate cost ?

Yes , it is better than normal hearing aid in sensorineural hearing loss>60 lb (you have72)..But price depends on country and type of the device.
