Does Viagra Interact With Lisinopril, Ativan, Zoloft And Amoxycillin?

Yes. I am a 45 yr old male who suffers with anxiety and PTSD. I have had high bp in the past. I take 20mg lisinopril, 2mg ativan, 50mg Zoloft, and one chwabe aspirin in morning. I take 2mg ativan in evening. I took 100 mg of amoxycillin last night to ward of sinus infection. My bp has checked out good for months now as well as my cardiovascular. Is it safe to take 25 mg of Viagra while on these meds? I have heard and read different opinions.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
As such there is no significant drug interaction among these drugs. Viagra should be used for the treatment of proven erectile dysfunction under strict medical supervision. It is not recommended in men for whom sexual intercourse is inadvisable due to cardiovascular risk factors such as patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure and angina pectoris. A thorough medical history and physical examination by a doctor is mandatory before using Viagra.
Advice
1.     Consult a cardiologist for considering potential use of Viagra
2.     Avoid smoking and alcohol as it negatively affects your erection
3.     Start workout in gym. It will improve physical performance during sex
4.     Regularly check your blood pressure
5.     Lose weight if you are overweight by dietary control and workout
6.     Investigation
a.     Blood sugar (F & PP)
b.     Fasting lipid profile
