Does UTI Cause Elevated ALP Levels?

I had labs done for life insurance. Alp came back 231. Creatinine 631. WBC in urine to numerous to count. Protein in urine. Six months ago all labs perfectly normal. All other labs this time normal. Went to urgent care to get labs interpreted. They diagnosed UTI and gave antibiotic. Have appt with regular dr in 10 days. Do labs indicate UTI to you? No physical symptoms at all. Just abnormal blood and urine work. Can ALP elevate with UTI?

kidney parenchymal problems some times may cause elevation.
