Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. Topamax contains Topiramate , which is used alone or with other medications to prevent and control seizures. It is also used to prevent migraine headaches and decrease its frequency from occurring. Tiredness, drowsiness, dizziness, loss of coordination, tingling of the hands/feet, loss of appetite, bad taste in your mouth, diarrhea and weight loss are common side effects which could be experienced with the use of this medication. This drug is not known to cause any adverse effect on fertility in males. Long-term use of it in females could cause adverse effects on the reproductive system and fertility.
