Does Targretin Cause Paranoia?

Hello, my adult daughter has been on targretin for CTCL for over 5 years. Along with photophoresis it seems to have her symptoms under control. Increasingly, she seems to feel paranoid, picked on....carrying many wrongs from many years gone by along with her making her like miserable. I realize at 45 this is her problem, but I worry that the meds are causing her psychotic problems. Do you know if my worry is founded? YYYY@YYYY
