Does TB Intensify Back Pain?

I have tb gold positive. Also have bad back pain problem. Doctor says latent TB is one of the cause of back pain. I started medicine fron last two months and i can say intensity of pain is low, but still i am suffering from back pain. Need your suggestions for how long time i have to take medicines. What time it will take to recover my pack pain problem.

Back ache can occur if the tuberculous infection has affected the spine.
Tuberculosis is often associated with weakness thus generalized body aches can be present.
However, a clinical assessment of lower back is required.
Further investigations may be required to know the cause of lower back ache.
Management can be planned after a diagnosis is made.
