Does Synthroid Cause Irritability, Nervousness And Tingling Sensation In Arms?

I have taken Synthroid 88MCG for several years and recently feel like I am losing my mind. irritability, nervousness, tingleing or burning in my arms face and tougue, unusual tiredness and weakness, but restless and can not sit still. Generally feel unwell. Can Synthroid cause this?
