Does Siphene Help In Easy Conception?

Hello Dr my age 23 I had a IUD with ememergency boy baby on last 1.11.2016. We are planning for next baby . Is there any problem to get concive.we went to doctor she gave me a siphene100mg . When I will take that tab siphine 100mg and When and how many days I will have a sex my LMP date is 7.5.2017.can I get pregnant? What are all the instruction I should follow.please give me pregnancy tips and advice.I m very afraid about my first delivery.

Hi, I think Siphene will help you in getting pregnant by increasing the size of follicles. You can track your ovulation by repeated ultrasound and when follicle is more than 17 to 18 mm, take injection for rupture of follicles. Be in contact with your husband for 2 to 3 days after the injection. Take progesterone for next 2 weeks after rupture is confirmed on ultrasound. Do a urine pregnancy test after that. You can try like that for 3 to 6 cycles. Hope it helps.
