General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of passing frequent urination I am suggesting the following differential diagnosis
Acute prostatitis
Urinary tract infection
Benign prostate hyperplasia
Acute cystitis
Meanwhile see please do the following test
Serum PSA
URINE CULTURE
PROSTATE SCAN
you can continue with your prescribed drug pending the outcome of the result

Following your inability to ejagulate after sexual Intercourse I am suggesting that you have a retrograde ejaculation please see an urologist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
I hope this helps
