Hi , I am having unprotected sex 8 dys back, and i have to attend an event in comming week, i need to delay my periods by using primolut n tab, my problem is if I am having any expected pregnancy, then this medicine will have any side effect my unborn baby. My last period started on 12th nov midnight

There have been no animal studies to provide a conclusive suspicion on the possible effects of the medication, but there has been a stipulated suspicion of there being an association with urogenital anomalies with use during the first trimester. If you strongly suspect pregnancy, it is best to avoid this medication.
