Does Primolut N Cause Weight Gain?

HI would Primolut N cause weight gain. I gave taken two courses of Prover a total of 2o days. Provera 10mg for 10 days 3 times daily got a bleed after 3 days and was given a repeat and have gained 11 lbs in one month. Now they recommended Primulot N 1 daily and worried about putting on more weight

Hi I think primolut N can cause weight gain. But first you should go for evaluation if you are having irregular periods. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause. There can be some other reason of weight gain like thyroid disorder or polycystic ovarian syndrome. Hope it helps.
