Does Postpone-72 Cause Weight Gain?

Hi Doctor, Im 28 year old ,I had unprotected sex on the next day after my periods over .To be safe i have taken postpone 72 pills,Still i have not got my periods 17 days delayed.I have taken urine and blood pregancy test it was negative.My gynco gave me meprate for 3 times in 3 days but still i didnt get periods.Could i be pregant or should i wait for periods to get.I feel bloated and please avise will it cause weight gain.I dont want to be pregant i have 17 months old kid already

Thanks gir posting in HCM.
If you have taken Postpone 72 pill within 72 hours of unprotected sex, then it would help you to prevent pregnancy.
Since it is only emergency contraceptive pill, single dose does not cause much of weight gain as side effect.
You need to get periods within 3 weeks from the day of taking the pill. If it is delayed more than that, you need to seek medical attention immediately.
Since your pregnancy tests are negative, stay calm and you must get your periods in a couple of days time.
