Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per my clinical experience, a number of patients do have alterations in platelet counts, white blood cells and other blood parameters after consumption of hydroxychloroquine. You must discuss with your consultant regarding the same for further doses intake.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
