Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Placentrex injection has no role in assisting conception or increasing the chances of pregnancy. You should get your hysterosalpingography done to confirm the patency of the fallopian tubes, and if patent you can go for intrauterine insemination to assist conception.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
