Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

I can understand your concern. Paxep CR 25 is Paroxetine and the drug belongs to SSRI drugs. The drug is considered as a safe drug and is free of side effect but in high doses it may cause delayed ejaculation, poor orgasm etc as side effects. In some recent studies the drug is found to affect the sperm quality and found to reduce the counts of motile sperms, more detailed confirmatory studies are undergoing to confirm this. So if you have any doubt about fertility then please consult your doctor and discuss to replace the paroxetine with some other safer drug.

Hope this helps you. Thanks and Take care
