Does PCOS Cause Pinkish Spotting With Lower Back And Abdominal Pain?

I have PCOS therefore my periods are very irregular. Lately, about a week and a half now, i have been noticing some pink/reddish color after wiping after urinating but not in the actual urine itself. I get my periods roughly every three months and had had mine about two to three weeks prior to this occurring. I am also having severe lower back pain and abdominal pain. Please help!

Welcome to HCM
I have read and understood your query
I hope this will help you
Severe pain with bleeding or fluid tinged with bleed from vagina points towards a hemorrhagic cyst. One of the many cysts may rupture and cause such symptoms.Dont worry this is not a big complication and can be managed with few medications.Take a painkiller like mefenemic acid and an antibiotic like amoxicillin+clavulanic acid combination as prophylaxis against infection.Get an appointment from your doctor and get your abdominal scan done.
I hope this was helpful
