hello doctor,muself mittal joshi.before 3 months i operated leproscopy for fiborids.now i start trying for pregency.so my doctor give me ovaa shileds and folic acid.my question is that its good for preagency.my age is 32 year old.now i want to be pregent.so give me right informations,and give good tips for preagency

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you have recovered well postoperatively and returned to natural menstruation, your ovulation status and tubal motility should be assessed before trying induction, which your doctor might have already done. If there is adequate count of antral follicles with normal AMH, considering your age, you should stand a good chance of conception. Please follow the instructions of regular sexual intercourse during the fertile period, have regular follow up to check ovulation and plan further management. Please have a healthy diet and adequate rest. Wish you good health.
