Hi,I am Aishwarya,30,married. Diagnosed with 8.5Hg&18.31VitD.On medication with orofer xt od& tayo60k weekly for over a month.I take orofe xt after 1.5 to 2 hours after breakfast.Have serious complaint of constipation since then.Kindly advise relief measures.

Iron supplement is known to cause constipation.

Take plenty of water.
